hi, i’m amanda, aka aelily. published author and renowned menace.
while i primarily write short fiction and poetry, i’m always exploring other mediums. i’d describe my work as fantastical melancholy with a dash of horror.
my work has been featured on the nosleep podcast and published in literary magazines including etherea magazine, the bookends review, and ink nest poetry. i’ve also had many of my stories adapted and produced by talented voice actors on various media platforms.
when i’m not writing, i’m reading, playing video games, cooking, or aggressively napping. i write because it’s what i’m meant to do, and because my head is always too full of ideas not to.
